///EDIT... It looks like the initial person 'Toby Reynolds' is not the shooter and some sort of hoax from 4chan. Although watching Toby Reynolds videos on youtube the guy has very low self esteem and anxiety issues which he needs to get help with pronto!

The REAL Shooter has been identified as Chris Harper-Mercer.
