btw i just wanna say that all these teams having champagne shower hoedowns celebrating making THE FUCKING WILDCARD GAME is just goddamn stupid. i know the cubs do their dj riz disco party stuff all the time anyways, but seeing the astros doing champagne showers like WOOO WE LOST OUR WAY INTO GOING INTO NEW YORK FOR GAME 163!!!!!! is just like "seriously wtf?!?!"

i'd say act like you've been in the endzone b4 but these ARE the 2015 houston astros so there's a good chance most of em havent done one of those yet. still it's a bit much (as the british would say) to have a postgame party because you're going to play ONE MORE FUCKING GAME..... and then dont they do another champagne shower hoedown if they win the WC game? so they get 2 of them whereas 100 win teams winning the division just get one unless they win the WS? or do they do these for winning every round of the playoffs now?!?!

While I generally feel that qualifying for the fifth spot in the playoffs is a bit much to go overboard for, even I can embrace their happiness. This year.

They may have the 2nd wildcard spot in the National League, but they also have the 3rd best record of the 10 teams that qualified for the post-season. This team deserves the spot they have.
