On some of the wider angles, you can see Pittsburgh's whole team with a simultaneous eye roll as he beats up the cooler.

I love how AJ Burnett is just sitting there, ignoring the stupidity going on behind him.

I love how all the Pirates will just sit out the rest of the playoffs. It is fortunate (in my opinion) the Cubs get the Cardinals rather than the Pirates in the NLDS. Right now, they are a better team than the Cardinals.

If there was ever a thread that showed the conflicting emotions of wanting the Cubs to win but to have some Cubs fans not enjoy it this is the thread.

Congratulations, to most of you.

Look at that! A couple Cub fans counting the multiple championships they always deny they are counting.

This is the sad thing. There have been Cub teams I've really hated. Like any one with Mark Prior on it. But this team seems pretty likable. They're not a bunch of guys I want to root against. But shit like this can't help but make me hope it happens in the most painful way.

Pretty impressive last evening from the Cubs. Really good job. Enjoy the playoffs, guys. You never know when or if you will be back.

I just ignore that kind of stuff. I think even reacting to it is giving it way too much attention. Its like a Sox fan who makes gay jokes and says the Cubs are cursed.

I just find it annoying that every topic is muddled with posts about the sentiments of the other teams' trolls.

Maybe I'll go post on the Cleveland Sports Fan Message Board

Lets be honest it could be one fan out of 1000 and it would be enough for JORR to root against them.

And that is fine, that is his right. I did not agree with the Cub fans hating on the Sox in 2005. But it is what it is and every fan has that right.

Here's the thing though, and I don't want to trivialize racism or sexism, but within the society of Chicago sports, the Cub fan is like the white male in America. You're on top. It's a lot easier to be magnanimous when you're a member of the prevailing group.

Yea, that's what us Cub fans are always doing...Prevailing. We always win!

That's not true. I enjoyed seeing the joy of Matches Malone, jimmypasta, RPB, and Noisewater.

I don't think you have Sox fans to blame for that one.

There is a ton of pent up frustration from Cubs fans. As if it's not enough that none of us have seen a championship in our lifetime, but we have to endure constant trolling.

The Plan sucks because why would any team purposely lose for three years.
What kind of team drafts Schwarber early to draft an injured pitcher several rounds later?
What if the Cubs miss the playoffs by one game because they want an extra year of control with Bryant.

There is a simple satisfaction for me in that I had faith in this regime, and it is bearing fruit. I hope this is just beginning. If nothing else, 2015 has been very memorable. I don't need to spike the football at the White Sox fans around here, but I can certainly see why some would want to.
