I'm not trying to go all ES here, but Cahill really impressed me at various times in the last month. I was mystified as to why he wasn't more successful (and I didn't know his recent backstory), but the dude attacks the zone and has good stuff. He seems to keep hitters defensive.

He could come out and get bombed Tuesday, but he has definitely earned some more time.

I won't start another thread, but shoutout to Maddon, too... many, including me, questioned his decision to play Soler and sit Schwarber. That decision turned out okay.

If KB doesnt hit well in game #3, I would sit him for game #4, just for an early at bat and then when you make a pitching change, bring him in.

There is some value to benching these guys. They do almost always seem to come back more patient.
