I'd say poor accuracy in this case is more a result of his mechanics breaking down than him just flat out being inaccurate. And mechanics are mutually exclusive with accuracy, among other things.

Result; accurate QB with poor mechanics leaving the impression to the amateur eye that he is inaccurate.

Regardless of the cause, Jay Cutler never has been an accurate QB. Even before he came in the NFL, that was the knock on him. You and Ike are the first people in years I've heard try to argue otherwise.

Sure, I guess. He's the all time leader in career interceptions. I'm not going to argue he was a very accurate QB. But he was more accurate than Cutler(not really bragworthy), had a cannon for an arm, and was the most fearless competitor in the league besides possibly Steve McNair.

also that touchdown to marquess was a thing of beauty.... it's either the best throw he made as bear or 2nd to that throw in the san diego game where he also went off of his back foot and hit a streaking johnny knox right in the middle of 3 closing defenders.... but man that was a "big boy football" throw right there.
