Neither. Blue beater. Arrieta style.

I rocked the powder blue pinstripes in your hood yesterday. Always go with that . The white stuff shows too many stains.

Even after the gal barfed all over the bar at Cubby Bear as the Cubs won. It was like 7:30.
Rocked it. Sandberg.

It could get a bit chilly later, so you should play the jacket off the sweater.

Kingman.

As an aside, I really wish the Cubs would stop wearing those blue softball uniforms on the road. Grey with the arched CHICAGO is the only one they should wear.

I like the old school 1908 jersey. However, it looks kind of bare on the back.

Maybe a...

on the back would work?

You should bust out the "Cuba" jersey to celebrate the signing of Julio Don Martinez:

Never had a real jersey, but now might be the perfect time to get one of those 70s White Sox bowling shirts.

Where are we all meeting up? Casey Moran's for a pre-game good luck drink?

I'll be with my dad. There is zero chance I get him to go into a packed bar. I'd have to do my internet creep fellowshipping on the sly.

do any of you guys rock the "bear and bat" redsox-style mesh/'truckerish caps? i loathe those tryhard hipsterish things....

from when i was a kid i have an early 80s game worn #19 jersey with M.O. on the tag.... i spose if i ever did a game with a non-hambeast chick i could let her rock that, otherwise i couldnt compete. the only cubs related "garb" i ever spent $$$ on (cuz i used to rock those things where you signed up for a credit card and they gave you a shirt for signing up. i could get 3-4 shirts/game and hook everyone up and end up with an army of free shirts for any sort of handiwork/around-the-house-shit) was that marmol jerseyshirt cuz holy shit i loved me some vintage "you have no chance" marmol.

oh and i think i also ended up with a free cubs knit cap, just like i eventually ended up with a free green st pattys day sox knit cap. its amazing what people drop in concourses, eh? =D

Will you be at the game tomorrow too? I'm going tomorrow. I was at the clincher in Atlanta in 2003 When Wood beat Hampton and hope to be at the clincher this year as well. I'll be in the classic home pinstripes.
