In theory, you're right. But you have to look at this from Zawaski and Shepkowski's perspective. You think Jason is gonna take well to them saying "Hey, dude, stop laughing so much" or "Hey, Goff, let the guest answer the question. Don't interrupt him."

Goff is a sensitive, defensive mother fucker. His producers realize it. Goff would go wild on them if they said anything to him. At the end of the day the producers don't give a shit. Zawaski has a wife and a kid. You think he wants trouble at work? No. He wants to answer the phone, go home, make his 40k and figure out how to scrape by in life.

Another factor. We all know Goff likes to talk about race. We all know Zawaski is a hockey loving, Chicago accent guy. Get what I'm saying?

If Jay Z criticizes Goff, Goff will view it as racism. Zawawski realizes this and shuts up. Neither of Goff's Pollack producers are gonna say shit to Goff. They're scared. They don't want to be viewed as racist. Even if the criticism of Goff is valid, which it would be in many cases, they realize Goff would take it as whitey hating on a black guy.

It has to come from Mitch or Zim to correct Jason. Or me. Not lowely, dumb ass producers.

Let's put it this way, if Goff was doing a "Score Search" tryout, he'd be laughed off the stage if he performed the way he does on his show currently.

I mean he got the gig cuz he worked for years as a loyal Bernstein soldier. He's still that way now. Very loyal to his master. Reads from Bernstein's bible daily and recites it to the listeners. As we saw recently, Speigel breaks bad on Bernstein and Goff is quick to defend his leader. Goff likes that he has his own show. Obviously. It has to be with Spiegel. But he wants to be back with Bernstein. That's his nest. That's where he is most comfortable. Maybe that's why he's bad and weird now. Because he's outside of the nest.

Dan named his kid after Goff so be careful about the term "master".
