didn't watch a pitch of the game as I had to work late and then had to transport family. I did however, listen to some postgame in the car. My son was singing "Go, Cubs, Go" and turned to me to say, "you have to admit, the song is catchy"

I forgot to ask him if his feet hurt from walking home the rest of the way

Wow. You sound more like a Sox fan. I was in the ballpark until after the game and just stuck around to eat dinner and have a couple more beers afterwards, before heading home. Call me kooky but that appealed to me more than setting fires or damaging cars.
