I didn't think they where going to make it past the Cards. Everything they did past there playing for me was a bonus.

I have said all along that it was a year early to really contend. Whoever said they were going to win it all this season with only 1 great pitcher (who threw almost 100 more innings this year than last) and another who can't hold a runner, or throw to a base, was delusional. They need one really good pitcher and another solid starter, to be poised to win it all. they have other issues to figure out too, but the lack of pitching depth has to be #1 priority.
