Have 4 Seats for the CUBS. Split my seats with GUY A, B, C and D (D is me)

Playoffs come. We all know we get one seat for each game. Not even a question. We each pay 1/4 of that bill.

C has been giving us a problem lately of selling his tickets, without giving us any kind of ROFR. Or sometimes he buys 3 other seats in the general area and brings other people, then swicthes them in and out of the one seat with us.

Before the Playoffs we have a discussion with C. If you are not going to the games, we are going to sell your tickets to someone else we would like to sit with. He says, not a problem, he is going to all the games.

NLDS v St Louis. Game 1 at home. He doesnt attend, sells ticket to someone in his office. Myself, A and B. Not happy.

NLDS v St Louis Game 2...as we called and asked if he is going...he says he was invited by someone else, he will be selling his ticket, wants $1500. We cut a deal at $750 for another friend.

At this point I want C out of the group....but he is A's long time friend. B, also wants him out.

NLCS - Home game 1 v NYM - Shows up, sits in his seat. No issues. Didnt talk much. I stated, he wouldnt be attending Game 2...he says he will be there.

NLCS game 2 - 10 AM Sends us the text, he is selling his ticket, taking his kids so buying other seats. We start calling other people...12:30 PM comes. he says he sold the seat on Stubhub to some stranger..

My desire to replace C in our group has been consistant for 2 years now....A was his support and said we couldnt do that.

Now A sees that the ticket was sold without us finding someone, so we will be sitting with a stranger for the game, which pisses off A...and now he is joining the camp of tossing out C from the tickets.

5 minutes to game time and the Ticket Buyer shows up...AND THIS MOTHER FUCKER STINKS! I AM TALKING DOESNT USE ANY PRODUCT AND SMELLS SO BAD, EVERYONE AROUND US IS GAGGING.

A goes into Shock...and states "C" is out...Fuck him, Fuck that asshole......Literally sitting with the W flag Towel over his mouth.....we would take walks up and down the aisle for some fresh air between innings...others in the section for an inning, saying the same thing.

What would you do?

Let me add, A and C's wives are tight and has been a reason that C has remained in.

A and B are attorneys....and had B Witness the agreement to remove C. Said it was an Oral agreement with A.

Not to totally insult Spada , but these guys bill hourly at a rate well above the Spada Law offices, would be an ugly fight....however, I am not ruling out legal action in the future.

Nope, this has been the issue for the past couple years and as I said A has defended him. Last night he broke down. It was pretty classic. Better than the game.

And i want nothing from C.

Best part is that today I am hearing the wives have jumped into the fray.

I already know its heading my way that somehow I will be named in this , so the wives can maintain a friendship....

of course the key to all this...tickets are in my name. GAME ON.

I go with whatever body wash/deodorant seems interesting at the time, but I sometimes worry that I permanently smell like chlorine, like it's penetrated far beneath any layer I can clean. Still, chlorine has to be better than the kind of smell a guy who wears sweatpants in public would have. Yeesh.
