An issue one of my guys had late in the year was that he sold a couple pair to a "friend". He had the other two for the game and expected to see the guy he sold them to- at face- at the game. Instead it was people who said they bought them at a higher price on Stub Hub. I told the guy you're really stupid if you give that guy any more tickets.

We had someone try and run a sqaure pool for our company tickets (that he won in a raffle) for a Cub Sox game.

certainly you can do what you want as they are your tickets. IMO, I would not do this and stoop to his level. Just tell him flat out he is gone, and he can find another group to go in o tickets with.

Nuh-uh. C lied and didn't give a crap about his friends. Bad move if the tickets aren't in his name and a douche move. This guy can spend the next couple months thinking he's all good. bf finds somebody else and pays the invoice. C will be mad but too bad so sad too little too late. He's out and can't do anything about it. I'm sure he'll live. Sounds like he has other outlets for tix and was using them to make money anyway. There is no stooping! You reap what you sow.
