Average episode.

That happens for most shows though. When you sign a deal to do X episodes in a season you sometimes have to slow it down to fill time.

I wonder if you're suffering from the adjustment from binge watching.

I kinda thought the same thing when I caught up and started watching the show as it aired. When you watch a few at a time it seems more action packed.

Maybe. Good point.

Although I agree with your conclusion I'm not sure that the link you posted has anything to do with that. At this point you can't say with any certainty that there will be any interaction between Negan and Glenn.

I found the most surprising part of that article to be that Negan won't arrive until S6 finale. I was under the impression that we would see him at the S6 mid season finale in a few weeks, but clearly that isn't the case (especially if they just cast the guy).

I wonder what the second half of the season will consist of? Jesus and what else?

I was going to mention the introduction of Jesus. He may even be the one that saves Glenn at the mid season point. No idea. I found the
casting of Negan to be ok but I am not blown away by it. They can do a lot with makeup I guess.

Another filler episode.

Not sure if the bad guys were supposed to be Saviors.

Hopefully everyone is reunited next week.

Well, almost everyone.

My thought was they were the Saviors as the Wolves really didn't seem as organized as this last attack with vehicles and weapons.
Not the greatest episode to be sure. Didn't see the Abraham making a play for Sasha thing.

He is going to be doing some kind of show about motorcycles where he rides into a new town

hadn't heard anything new about an actual acting gig.

Just read this online... I guess it makes some sense knowing what I do about the comics. The guy who stole Daryl's motorcycle was Dwight.

If you watched Sunday's "Walking Dead" episode "Always Accountable," then you met a few new characters -- including one played by Austin Amelio. While the character went unnamed in the episode itself, the role Amelio has signed up for actually comes straight from the comics. He's Dwight, a member of Negan's group of survivors called the Saviors introduced in "Walking Dead" #98.

The character's identity was revealed in a tweet from the official "Walking Dead" account. If you've read the "Walking Dead" comics, then you know that there are two things Amelio's version of the character didn't have in his debut: his facial scarring and his crossbow. AMC's version of Dwight did make off with Daryl's crossbow, though, so odds are the facial scarring is on the way next.

Uproxx also noted that Amelio has deleted a tweet that implies he won't show back up on the show until the end of season six, which will most likely take place in March of 2016.

The series has been moving towards the Negan storyline this season, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast as the character.

I read online that the info about Amelio being Dwight was false, but then I just checked IMDB and sure enough he is listed as Dwight.

I wouldn't be surprised if the next time we see him he has a scarred face as punishment for leaving with the girls last episode.

That is exactly what I think will happen shakes. Will be interesting to see how they do the makeup.

Also interesting to see how Dwight goes from running away to being Negan's right hand man next time we see him.

I'd be surprised if he was his right hand man by the season finale but I guess it is possible. Depends on how much time passes.

Pretty nice set up episode for the mid season finale. Now they are really fucked. My best guess is that Sasha and
Abraham with show up with that RPG and somehow save the main group but hopefully it isn't that simplified. It has
been a very satisfying first half of the season and knowing who will be coming at the end of the season it will be
very interesting to see how we get there.

According to how much Maggie misses Glenn, I'm sure he has gone down plenty.

Kinda pointing in that direction but not sure it would/will happen right now. Maybe the other kid takes a bullet and lives disfigured.
Not really sure.
