I'll bet they made Goff's option to expire after Terry retires. Which is gonna be after the Super Bowl from Terry's cryptic hints. Cuz Terry would go nuts if they fired his radio son. But with Terry gone, management won't have to worry about him blasting them on the air. Plus, they probably want Goff around to celebrate Terry's final days. He deserves that. Goff will probably cry. One thing about Goff, he is one sensitive and emotional son of a gun. Which is cool...to a point. Sometimes Goff gets weird with his emotions and sensitivity, though.

Bernstein? He wouldn't say anything about the launching of Goff. He'll keep his mouth shut. Mitch and Zim know he only cares about himself. Based on Bernstein's troubled professional year and his falling ratings, he's worried about his next deal. So he'll be a good soldier. Plus, while Goff considers Bernstein his friend, Bernstein does not consider Goff his friend. I don't think Bernstein considers anybody at the station his friend. Most people at the station know this. Goff is naive, though.

This shit is all calculated. Make no mistake about it.
