"Nobody has questioned Jay Cutler's toughness."

Except your network ran a smear campaign against him after the NFC Title Game, complete with fake newspaper headlines.

I won't call B&B. Not after the way they disrespected "The Brand".

So? I quoted him verbatim. He said that nobody has questioned Cutler's toughness. His network made it a campaign.

Darko, I will send a Darryl Johnston crap to Bernsy via email tomorrow.

I'm 90% sure Johnston was in the booth when they read the fake headlines in that opening game.

Jay Cutler isn't tough. He gets injured a lot. Eli Manning is tough.

He's slow and never breaks tackles?

I don't have a problem with Forte. But to say you rarely being him down 1 on 1 is ridiculous. He rarely survives first contact. I think I saw him shake exactly 1 tackle today. They brought him down easier than I would say is average, and average isn't what Forte is supposed to be.

He's quick enough and he sometimes breaks tackles

Anything he lacks in speed he makes up with shiftiness

I'm just not a big fan of Forte, but I never have been, even when he was putting up big numbers. He is very good in the open field, but he never gets there. He gets swallowed up easily and lacks vision when looking for holes. Combine that with a lack of quickness and a lack of leverage when trying to get short yardage and you have a back I'm not a big fan of. I understand he has put up decent numbers throughout the career, but he has also gotten tons of touches every year of his career.

He does break tackles... when he's at full speed. He's slow to get to full speed.

I soured on him around the PayForte time, but he's actually done a lot since then. Im happy with him

Forte was brought down by the first tackler, almost every time he touched the ball.
