Yeah, I don't think the Marlins want two scuffling prospects and a Cuban for one of the best pitchers in baseball.

Then they can have McKinney or Torres. The Cubs have more talent than every team involved. They don't have to give up Scwarber or Bryant.

Agree with Nas. If the Cubs are serious about getting a young pitcher, this is the guy. I really don't want Miller, Shields, or these guys from Tampa they've mentioned. Go Big. I'm not crazy about the Lackey signing. I worry about the innings Arrieta threw this season. Lester is going to get worse each season. Go make the move for your future #1 starter, to go around your big guns on offense.
