McGinnis was spotted leaving the city the day he was supposed to be introduced as the head coach.

He didn't call Mikey to tell him he wasn't going to stay. He called Ed on his way to the airport. A fan dropped a dime when they saw him heading back out of town. This was all done before Bears PR even had time to formulate a response.

And Mikey was fired for it.

Amazing how WSCR went from being the "Toy Dept." to Infotainment to some bastardized entity where some hosts have become so fatuously self-absorbed that they believe they should talk about anything but sports. Whereas the morning show is comprised of hosts who've had (and probably still maintain) press credentials, the mid-day show suffers an intense identity crisis because of the unnecessary need for it to connect with the afternoon show.

ZZ is no more a reporter than Jason Goff is/was a basketball expert. Those of you who think or expect more are the types of dupes that the afternoon show is talking down towards.

This time over the concussion protocol for Jay Cutler. Zack said it was followed perfectly. Dan bitch slaps him and says it wasn't. Bernstein said he was bought time to recover. Zack was pissed and tried to move on. Bernstein wouldn't let it go. Here is actual footage of the exchange.



Zack is very proud and feels like he's the ultimate Bears authority. He hates when Bernstein undermines him. You can feel his anger when this happens. Zack wants to choke Bernstein out.

I would love it if ZZ said fuck it and whipped his ass.

Misleading post by Beardown. Zack stood his ground and told Danny that he (Danny) wasn't on the sideline and didn't see what really happened. Zack said to call the NFL and ask the experts about the protocol. Terry chimed in and mockingly said "I have an expert right here, Danny is an expert".

To put it in terms that Beardown understands...Terry fired a shot at Danny.

Yeah. That's what Zack said. But here's the thing, we saw on TV exactly what Zack said he saw. So we didn't need to be there. In fact, Bernstein explained what we saw on TV, that he went to the phone to buy time, then they examined him. Then Zack said "You weren't there" and went on to explain it the same way Bernstein explained it. So Zack looked like an idiot. TV showed exactly what Zack saw.

Like when Mac saw Erik Kramer laughing on the sidelines after a bad play.

Dan watches the games in Ultra DB Definition, expert package. But yeah, if Zach asked Dan to contact the NFL about the matter then Zach won the slapfight.
