Jealousy is much different that the overused, OBSESSION line around here.

I would love to have Todd Frazier on the N side. Guessing the reds arent looking to trade him into the divsion and I think it was a nice trade for the Sox.

I am just mocking the the indifference now to guys that they hyped as future MLB talent they looked forward to, that are now defined as "SPARE PARTS"

I can't speak for other Sox fans, but for me it's schadenfraude. It's going to hurt so much more this time. Wait 'til next year.

I guess I'm the rare Sox fan that really doesn't give two shits about Cubs fans.

I'm friends with enough of them that we can have intelligent discussions, and they can reasonably accept my assessment that their bullpen is a dumpster fire, while I can accept that ours is too...

Nah.

First one hurts the most cause you're kinda blindsided (you know the history but it hasn't happened to you)

So if you want to jerk off to Cub fan tears porn you need to find some college kids who were too young in 03

I'd prefer not to jerk off to any Cub fan tears but Cub fans make that pretty much impossible. You would think they would have learned by now. How many times have they been strutting around with "IT'S GONNA HAPPEN!" signs only to see it fail to happen? Maybe they should just let it happen before celebrating. If the Cubs are really so fucking awesome, why does a single Cub fan give a shit what the White Sox do with a minor league outfielder?

Oh no; clearly Cubs fans are all part of one hive-mind, and are completely culpable for how Sox fans view and react to them.

Are you actually going to sit here and deny the tribalism involved in rooting for a collection of athletes that don't know who you are? You're usually much more self-aware.

Your post revolved around either your disdain for how Cubs fans comport themselves, and justified your choices vis a vis said Cubs fans actions (e.g., you'd prefer to not 'jerk off to any Cub fan tears', inferring you do because you're apparently compelled to).

Your reference here to 'tribalism', whether or not it's meant to indicate just Cubs fans or fandom in general, has zero to do with your previous post.

And it's not like I'm the only one, or even the first, to call you out for that plain dumb post.

You're typically much less bad at this. Maybe; maybe not. It seems no shortage of your posts anymore are wanna-be BRick/dolphin troll posts, so it's hard to tell for certain.

Optimism is a good thing. Nothing worse than a cynical, negative, glass half full person.

Exactly. Clarity.

2005 was a win for all of Chicago. So will the easy title run in 2016 for our Chicago Cubs.

2005.

2005 is nothing but an echo in an empty cave. Just about 7632 Sox fans left.

The White Sox should really reconsider moving down to Florida.
