It's all about contract status. The Score is bleeding money according to Feder. So they can't just fire people right away. They can't afford to eat money at this point. Just have to wait for the contracts to expire and get new civilized people.

They can wack producers though. Since they aren't on contracts. So they have to be on their best behavior starting today. They have to get civilized right now. Same with the update people since all of them are part time.
