It's simple:
Noah claimed to play for the fans in the 300 level.
The DB is adamantly not a 300 level fan.
Therefore Noah didn't play for DB and he can't/won't appreciate Noah's play.

IMO he went from a player that a lot of people hated when drafted to a player that people really loved and respected.

I know I hated the pick on draft night, but after watching him I grew to really like him.

Noah earned a lot of respect from Bulls' fans. The guy brought it every night and played heavy minutes even with bum body parts. But Bernsie loves to piss on people's parades. God forbid we actually enjoy watching players hustle and show emotion. Noah turned into an excellent passer and always played solid D. If enjoyment was only for fans of teams that win championships, then lots of sports fans wouldn't enjoy watching since only one team wins per year.

He's easily the best center the franchise has had in a couple generations. Not a HOF'er, but a very good player. Not deserving of a statue, nor a jersey retirement, just a very good player that was easy to root for.
