But in the written article it says
Pfleger said he told the church’s maintenance man to lower the flag to half-mast, but when the maintenance man did that, he didn’t lower the Chi-Raq flag as well. The Chi-Raq flag has since been removed, and the American flag is flying at half-staff.


The rest of the article is pretty much Krauser's report verbatim. Where did the non quote quote about the maintenance guy come from? If Phleger said anything like that, why not quote it?

If the news stories are accurate he didnt mean to fly the Chiraq flag above the US. He meant to lower the US and the maintenance guy didnt know to lower both.
