It sounds like some, if not all, of those tweets were written by The Red Menace (Julie DiCaro).

Why stop there?

He illegally trespassed in a carnival game.
He was improperly using a helicopter and was not wearing a seat belt.
He almost certainly was flying his helicopter way too low for civilian uses.
He caused undue stress upon the guy by beeping the car as he was walking past.
He did not check the guy's driver license and insurance status before giving him access to his vehicle.

Oh yeah, and he also followed his own daughter, in his own car, to a movie.
