I was excited last year when Gof was hired thinking he was the savior from a 24 hour a day Bears talk, but like that co - worker you grow to hate, Gof has made me completely turn off 670 until 1:05pm.

Why?

1. The constant, constant interruptions
2. The detailed play by play of his pending hair cuts and last night's pick up game
3. His awful interview skills
4. Of course guys: the desk slapping
5. His lack of self awareness
6. His asking interview questions, then interrupting when a thought comes to his brain


There have been some great moments though, my favorite being when asking the Cubs Theo Epstein some stupid, elementary question, a clearly annoyed Theo replies, "great question".

Spiegel is just OK. Doesn't the Score management ever listen to the show in their own shows?

Hoping he extends this vacation for eternity, or better yet, give him and Reggie infinite time back at the crib.

My question is: is the Spiegel and Gof show the worst ever on sports radio?

If so, have to admit, pretty strong to encite such harsh words from a newbie while being at "The crib"

Jason developed a style. I am not a fan of.

Said it before and many times, needs to be put in a better place to make plays.

To Jason's credit, the only Score host that wants to go semi old school with a Fish fest type deal event....everyone else just happy for the clock to strike 'end of show" they got other stuff to do.

Find it a little curious how Goff has changed.

He did a talk show with B&B even though he was just a producer. He talked a lot on that show. Probably 33% between him Boers and Bernstein, on average, if not more on some shows.

He didn't use the slang. Never heard "Crib" or "Playa" when he was with B&B. There was no "Laughing at everything" either. No pounding of the counsel. Race talk was still there, but that's only cuz Bernstein lead the charge of "Whitey sucks" for shock value and Goff was happy to jump in.

Salisbury and Rosenbloom was the worst radio show I've heard.

I started a blog, when I went to work, that nobody read.
