Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia died today and already the Democratic party is fundraising off his death.

In an email sent out by the Democratic National Committee, supporters are asked to chipping in some money for the coming Supreme Court nomination fight.

That's very hard to answer, I'm pro death penalty but it is mishandled in many cases..but in theory I believe there are circumstances where one can forfeit his right to live. I agree in theory that conservatives value personal freedoms and liberties, but Conservatives don't believe a woman has the right to terminate a pregnancy. ( fuck you again for that Scalia) I'm not even sure you can list conservative stances that are actually followed through on.
