#15

First home jersey I've gotten since I was a kid.

Do you feel you earned it?

I wont buy a hawks jersey for that reason. Dont feel I am a big enough fan. Dont deserve it.

However, I retain my Jimmypasta rights, which is that I was a huge fan way before most on the bandwagon now and it was due to the old man that I drifted away.

That said, will watch every playoff game and enjoy my bandwagon seat wearing my Hawks sweatshirt.

The bandwagon fans are usually more enjoyable to be around when watching a Hawks game. I find most of the fans from the dark ages to be miserable.

You don't need to earn shit. I bought a Dolphins hat once because I look good in aqua green.

I am certainly NOT a bandwagon Hawks fan. This is my first HOME jersey. I prefer the road whites. I have a Havlat sweater. Many board members will have no problem confirming my fandom. I was getting $15 300 level tickets in the middle of the last decade. Theo Fleury and Jocelyn Thibault were must watch (for different reasons) when I was in high school.

So..."earned it?" Not sure what you mean.

I got it from Wrigleyville Sports. They had a 10% off code and free shipping.

A similar topic came up last night...why I don't talk enough hockey on the board. Answer? Who is there to discuss it with? Curious Hair? Saucer pass.

I've always been partial to the red sweater...although I did like last year's Winter Classic sweater.

Congrats! Going with #15 is pretty ballsy. I stuck with 88 when I got mine since he's my guy plus you know he ain't going anywhere.

I'm thinking of getting a white sweater as well, but will probably wait to see if 72 gets locked up long term. Or I could just go with 19 which isn't exactly a consolation prize.

I have to imagine that Stan recognizes the importance of good centers on your top lines, and Anisimov is young and locked up.

I don't own any uniforms for any teams, only team-related paraphernalia. I'd buy a ratty old CCM if I could get my hands on one, though. I think the Edge sweaters too look silly for civilian wear. They even look silly in games.

I don't want to be your long time hockey guy.

I have a Wolves jersey with my last name on it....why I did that years ago,I don't know.

Also have a Toronto Maple leaves jersey. Always liked the Canadian teams growing up.

I'm not taking a shot at your intelligence. You could never be another long time guy. You know some hockey things...

But you're insanely negative (or you're afraid to be positive) and your posting style tends to go on and on. You don't have conversations...you just post a long opinion without looking to discuss anything.
