god, this city is getting filled with clueless, dimwit millennials that have no clue about real estate, go to the new gentrified areas where you and yours have filled up, stop comparing the top locations to former crack houses and go get your deals, you cheapscape. When you get raped a couple of times on your new great neighborhood’s side streets you thank your brain for getting you such a great deal.

The future holds the possibility to be great or terrible, and since it has not yet occurred it remains simultaneously both.

Today....meet Walter (hello friend). Walter, 41 years old and an IT Manager, found himself looking for a new home due to pending divorce. The agent said, "Let me put you in contact with a mortgage I work with regularly. I've seen him help a lot of people".

Walter contacted the broker. Received instant pre-approval, found a beautiful home in Lindenhurst and closed with 30-yr FHA fixed mortgage within 60 days at a rate slightly above advertised rates. Two years later, Walter re-financed out of FHA and has never been happier.
