No Hossa; still no Shaw or Crow.

Yote is awful. Darling had his every third game stinker second half of Sunday, so still owes a bad half game.

Hawk 4-3.

Another shorty from the worst center in the league.
That's number 27.

The guy busts his ass to break up the power play all by himself after winning the face off, then takes it by himself for the backhander...not sure how anyone thinks this guy has lost a step.

That wasnt even about quickness, skill, etc, that was just a guy not stopping and outhustled the entire Yotes team.

Maybe you don't understand. I'll be clear.
Toews is the worst player in the league. He's 4 years past his prime. The hawks can only survive by either trading him for whatever they can get or an outright release.

Kane is the greatest Hawk and American player to ever live.

3-0 is all fine and shit, but this extra fucking pass bullshit is creeping back into the Hawk gameplay. Would have at least 5 more SOG if not for the cutesy crap. No likey.

I'm with Ed - the Vermette hit wasn't really dirty, but more unfortunate.

5-minute PP for the Hawk; hope MY GUY is OK :(

The greatest American player is still Chris Chelios, but Kane is climbing the chart for sure.

Good thing we didn't go up 6-0; now Darling doesn't have to cough two back up.

Modano was never on Kane's level.

 It is good for us to have a player worthy of an argument about it.

Curious, have the Hawks now won 5 of 6? Can we consider the switch flipped?

The rash of scoring is encouraging, albeit against a bunch of dumpster fires playing out the string and a nose-diving Bruins team. It's unlikely that they'll make it out of third place, but it's good to see them trying again. Right now I think they can beat the Blues. I'd like to think they could exploit the Stars' lack of defense and goaltending, but the Stars have repeatedly kicked the Hawks in the balls, poor defense/goaltending notwithstanding. I mean, the games weren't even close. You get up to take a piss and they're up 4-0.

nice win. That penalty was a gift, but happy to take the break. Hawk had the game by that point anyway.
