Listened to Murph and Fred while working around the house this morning. A guy named John was their 1st caller. Murph gets all Murph with him and calls him "Johnson." The guy corrects him and says his name is John.

After John makes his point and gets the 'GN shuffle off the air, Murph gets in a passive aggressive "thanks, Johnson."

Perfectly sums up that thin skinned douche. Always hate when he does the "Dave/David, Ed/Edward, Steve/Steven" thing. Call them by the name they used to get on, dumbass.

If that's your beef, you might want to refer to him as Mike or Murphy instead of Murph.

My reference to him being thin skinned was more based on a career achievement award for Murph and not because John corrected him. Sorry for the confusion. Can't deny, though, that Murph is very thin skinned, as evidenced by his spats with Mully, Boers/Bernstein, Steve Stone to name but a few where Murph acts like a baby. He still sarcastically refers to Stone Pony as his good friend when it's obvious they hate each other. Just a weird dude.
