what are the tell tale signs, other than goals that I should be looking for that indicate either the Hawks are in trouble or are going to win

Puck possession. Rebounds off of goaltenders. How many saves Brian Elliott makes for St Louis when the Hawks look like they have an easy goal (stand on your head saves).

No one's really running the original NZT anymore with the two-line pass being legal. The Blues basically run the same boring "200-foot game" of heavy forechecking and dump-and-chase that everyone is expected to run now.

Blues might just have the best defense in the NHL, the Hawks not so much. Things tend to change in the playoffs though. Can the Hawks continue to finesse their way to wins against bigger stronger physical teams as they have for the last 6 years?

Now that the pre-season is over, it's showtime.

For me the key to this series is stealing game one any way possible while DK is out. Also, cannot waste shots on odd man breaks. Have to make the best of each one. Lastly, if Crawford isn't back to normal this will be short.
