B&B have evolved from the gay jokes. Bernstein got shamed into not being sexist. So the people at the station have to do the same. So SCORE people are all evolved to when it comes to gays and women. Only on the air, of course.

But fat jokes are still cool. Cuz last Friday they were ripping on the Blues coach for him wanting more "hits" in the series. Terry called him "Tubby". Dan called him a "Fat ass".

Not completely sure about this, but I think I'm right. I don't think they do fat jokes when Julie is the update girl. I think Ranger was the update boy when they were making fun of the Blues coach.

Bernstein will do fat jokes in front of Spiegel. There was one episode about that made Spiegel run out of transition crying. But not when Julie is there. THEY'RE ALL SCARED OF HER. Even the great Bernstein.

Fat jokes are the only permissible way to be a jerk to people anymore, and that goes beyond the Score.

Boers and Bernstein both called Adam LaRoach's kid a "Dumb ass". I thought that was horrible. Had he tweeted that, he would have caught hell and been suspended. But there is something about just saying it on the radio that lets you get away with it. It seems the outrage is worse if it's written for some reason.

I never have and I'm not going to take shots at bernstein's kids as I consider such a thing to be inappropriate, but the righteous among us should remember this before they harshly judge someone who does take a swipe at his kids.

when you do finally call dan bernstein and call him out for calling a kid a dumb ass... remember this specific incident because dan will go to his go to move of asking for a specific time (designed to fluster dumb callers) he insulted kids...
