Goff taking part today with Boers and Rozner was unbearable but I listened to report back here.

Laughing, cajoling, ass grabbing. It was all on display. These personalities do not mesh.

Flush them all down the crapper!

You anti-transition, or anti this talent? I've no problem with either answer :-)

I am still not all anti Goff / Spiegs, but today got out of hand in a hurry.

Oh yea. That was a show that went off the rails.

Transition was reinstated as a way for Mac and Boers to interact. I don't see the purpose of it now with Mac gone. It's time to get rid of the 9-1/1-6 scheduling, too.

No. It's fine. Keep it. I often podcast it with the anticipation of Spiegel fighting with Bernstein and Goff defending Bernstein. Which often happens. I find that entertaining.

The 6 pm transition is used to get Sir more air time than his 30 minute show allows. Dan and Terry are happy to concede the time.

You can't be anti-tranny. All the sponsors will bail.

I found the transition yesterday with Boers and Holmes to be very (veary) odd. Laurence was talking about Terry's "forgotten" career as a writer (as he's now been on the radio for 25 years), and how he'd love to sit down with Terry "for an hour" when it's all over and hear all of Terry's stories. Holmes has probably known and worked fairly close to Boers for at least 15 years and he hasn't been able to get Terry to share anything to this point?

Then Larry made the obligatory Murph reference (as if to goad Terry into a cheap shot) and Terry wrote something down on a piece of paper that he said would come out in due time (and showed it to Larry, who reacted like it was some bombshell like Murph is gay or something...).

I would love to read a tell-all book by Boers when he's finally done--and hopefully he doesn't pull ANY punches.

Could be, but then again that would just show how insulated Holmes and/or Boers is from his co-workers. I don't doubt that Terry wants nothing to do with any of them.

He didn't write it while it was fresh in his mind while working a part time job, what makes you think he will write it in his retirement.

I imagine neither you nor any of his former co workers will hear Terry ever again when he decides to quit. He'll retire to grandkids and horseracing.

I meant a book about the Score, not his columnist/reporter days.

How's Mac's book coming along? He was going to write one, guess he turned out too lazy to do
that.

Maybe Teary will write a book of lists.

It was odd. Larry is such an unabashed "kiss ass". Especially with Boers. It's every transition but this one was quite something.

Why Larry feels the need to suck up to Terry is beyond me. It's bad optics for Larry.

Back to the note Terry slipped Larry regarding Murph. I'm sure it was "Murph is gay" like you suggest.

You guys realize that Mac and Terry always used to insinuate that about Murph during that "Cold War".

Funny thing is that Terry would be at remotes/appearances and tell all kinds of stories back in the 90's. He absolutely held court at the "Black Hockey Fan Day" at I think the old Excalibur club.
