This truly is a victory for the democratic process. Bernie Sanders is now vowing to try and flip the super delegates if he gets to the end of the primaries and Hillary doesn't have enough in her pledged delegate count to secure the nomination.

This is the same guy that was not that long ago complaining about the legitimacy of super delegates. Now he is going to beg for their support? His rather flimsy argument centers on poll numbers which show that he does slightly better against Trump.

Mind you Hillary will have amassed over 3 million more votes than Sanders by the time it's over. She also has the endorsement of 40 Senators while he has 1. Her delegate (pledged) lead will be over 300 by that point but that won't matter to Sanders.

The irony of the guy that leads the revolution and has fought the establishment now going hat and hand begging for their support. Is there no dignity.

Sanders has been very clear on what he thinks a revolution means: it is when people who do not like the current campaign finance system, who feel corporate tycoons and hedge fund managers violate countless laws with impunity, who believe that loopholes and other factors allow corporations to stash enormous amounts of taxable profits in offshore locations, depriving the country of needed revenue in the process, not to mention forcing the responsibility of replacing lost revenues on everyone else, go out in extraordinary numbers and simply vote anyone complicit in these types of actitivies out of office. No more no less. Obviously there will be disagreements on whether or not these activities are necessarily a "bad thing," and/or if the diagnosis is correct, but that's what the "revolution" for him meant.

She is constantly covered for. . Her major accomplishment has been that she was the president's wife and is famous. This got her a job in the Senate, and later a high profile appointment. Her gender has been used to her advantage.

Anyone else with the number of scandals and gaffes associated with her would not be treated as a serious candidate.

You are only correct in that I try not to engage you. If I may be direct, I find your thoughts on most things to be redundant, cherry-picked, and often irrelevant. You speak as an authority on any topic you discuss, and you are more self-congratulatory over meaningless predictions than anyone here.

A good example of this would be your insistence on bringing up Hillary's lead in overall votes when no one here is even arguing that. On the contrary, pretty much all Sanders defenders have conceded that he lost... and yet you repeatedly pound your chest about how she is kicking his ass and incinuating that all Sanders supporters are out of touch with reality.

Keep in mind that I engage both Nas, who I'm not even sure is serious and Rick, who is an irritant but is at least usually interesting or varied in his approach. That's because the point here is to engage in conversation and, frequently, argue very intensely over topics. Instead, you choose to write disjointed novels (irony with this post, I know) that rarely address anyone else's opinion and instead talk as though you are some sort of enlightened soul sent to set us plebes straight.

I don't know why seeing a politician's tax returns is even important. If he is doing something illegal, then that is for the IRS to deal with. Does it really matter if he makes nothing or $10,0000,000 per year? He/she is either a qualified candidate with good ideas and the appearance of competence or he/she is one of the choices we have in 2016.
