Do Not Paint Carlos Boozer's House Purple

Things that are hysterical about The Smoking Gun report about a feud between Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer and Prince. (Yes, that Prince.)

• Carlos Boozer had Prince as a tenant. We still haven't quite gotten over this.
• Carlos Boozer is upset enough with Prince to sue him. Imagine Boozer's conversation with his lawyer. "Carlos, you understand ... we're suing Prince. You get this, yes?"
• Prince is serious about the whole purple thing. According to the suit, Boozer claims Prince broke the lease by "painting the exterior of the [house] with purple striping, 'prince' symbol and numbers 3121."
• Beauty Shop! Another section of the lawsuit: The plumbing and piping added in the downstairs bedroom "for water transfer for beauty salon chairs."

We're really not sure where to go with this story. Carlos Boozer renting out property to Prince. It's too early in the morning for this.

Come on, man! Prince was great. There isn't a style in the world he couldn't play if he wanted to.

Him and music were too gay for me but I give him respect for being a great guitar player.

:?:

So apparently it was only me who recently listened to a podcast of the B&B show during which they and Joe Cowley excoriated the front office for holding a season-ending press conference while Warriors were going for 73 wins and Kobe was playing his last game. Thought Prince's death could provide even more cover for the Bulls to hold another press conference...you don't have to say it, I'm about to see myself out...

That's one of the great things about him. He transcended race. Everyone could like Prince. I'm not even sure what race he was. I think he was half black and half white but he looked like a Puerto Rican. White, Black, Puerto Rican, everybody just a-freakin', good times were rollin'. Even crazy speed metal dudes had to respect the way he could shred. And he could write pop and funk songs for days.

R.I.P. Prince, even though you fucked with my upload of your tune to Sound Cloud. This is my tribute to you:

Great musician. The guy was actually underrated if that's possible.
