...Terry Boers, is lecturing Shaw and society not to use the word "burrito". Scolding Shaw for how stupid he was for doing so. Gotta love it.

I remember him saying that nickname a lot back in the day. Wait, Terry has evolved.

Who did he give that nickname to, by the way? Just curious. I forgot.

I believe Terry also once called Larry Csonka a "Dancing F-a-g." IIRC, the burly and hirsute ex-RB appeared in a commercial for a cruise line in which he and/or other people in the commercial were dancing.

If Shaw made those comments a decade ago this wouldn't be an issue!

Yeah. We finally gave gays rights though it makes some people(no offense Seacrest) mad.

Lets not forget the TB Diddlers bits. I'm not going to lie, they were hilarious.

Shaw didn't infringe anyone's rights.

These guys are coming at this from the typical bernsetin perspective even without danny there. The real offense is that Shaw is "property" of the NHL and Rocky Wirtz and he embarrassed some billionaires and the league. It really has nothing to do with homosexuals at all. The rich man owns this troglodyte who should shut the fuck up and play hockey.

Terry is like Hawk in one respect. The guy loves to give nicknames.

Zampillo - "Count Fagula"

Abbatacola - "Drinky"

Spiegel - "Meat pants"

Larry - "The Mulatto" and later "LAUREN HOME!!!"

McNeil - "Da Ma Na"

Baldy McGrindy - "The Suit"

Mike Murphy - "Ass wipe"

they've moved on to making fun of fathers who cry for their kids getting injections. when there's a movement for that, they'll evolve again.

Of course this hack did this -

If anyone can, how about a great WYC - asking terry what is the difference between the Diddlers stuff, the gay drops and his current position; has he changed - and honestly, that is ok - but someone ask of he has changed and if he is sorry for his past gay comments -

If you get through, you get a free wing pass at Diddlers

I also don't want to hear "F.a.g" or "burrito" was accepted 10 or 15 years ago like it's some sort of excuse for Terry. No it wasn't. The son of a bitch was in his 50s when he came up with "Count Fagula" so you can't even say he was a kid.

i turned on 670 yesterday from noon to 9 about 4 or 5 times as i was in the car most of the day. every time it was this dam Shaw story.

what in the hell, how can you possibly talk about this BS THAT much.

dude said burrito. who hasn't. i still occasionally call something gay. should i? eh probably not, but i grew up from a young age to today callign things gay. its a hard habit to break.

dude said something he possibly shouldn't of in the heat of the moment. give the guy a break already.

Especially coming from the well documented (here and other places) show where this kind of language was regularly used and this was back when they were....STILL ADULTS...

the dude came out said, hey my bad, i'll try not to do it again and is being crucified.

its all this crazy display to appease the crowd of people just READY to start lifting their pitchforks. but it just continued and continued and continued. how is it possible to even talk about it this much

Terry did admit yesterday that the show used to frequently feature the "R" word (re-TAWD-ed) but has evolved.

You should know by now that there is no limit to how much Blackhawks the Score is willing to talk when the Blackhawks look bad.

You should know by now that there is no limit to how much _________the Score is willing to talk when the ___________ look bad.

You could make a rolling list:

Concussion.
Bears front office.
Penn State.
College Sports.
Meatballs.

I sampled WMVP yesterday due to the Cubs. I noticed they talk about sports. Sure they did the Shaw thing but mostly it was sports. Was nice.

Those don't compare. It runs much deeper with the Hawks. Almost personal.
