I guess, sure, why not let him start the 6th. A two run deficit is like 50 for this team so the damage is done.

Three double plays, and facing the Angels are all it takes for Danks to have a quality start.

Is it Ventura or Cooper who hates Johnson?

Ventura was incredibly unenthusiastic to the media when they brought him back up.

I know facing Trout would not have been an optimal return moment to MLB but today was the reason he is here.

Abreu refuses to walk. And the bottom three just plain suck.

no one said it was Danks fault

It is the manager's job to put his subservients in the best available position to succeed.

I'll take the over. Even Avi usually sees 3 pitches. I put the chances of him doing anything productive at like 5%.

Garcia simply must be gone. He's not even competitive out there. Send him down and bring back Shuck. Maybe he will get some confidence back and work on his many deficiencies.

I mean, you split a 4 game series where Danks started and Rodon can't get out of the 1st....not a bad series.

The suicide squeeze in the top of the 9th was well executed by the Angels. Even though they tried and failed once, they still went back to it. That was a beautiful thing! Turned out to be quite an important run....

Hoping for a split against the Angels at home.......okay. Don't have the bar set too high for these Sox, do ya Frankie?

They have got to trade for a right fielder and move Eaton back to CF. They're down 2 bats with this current alignment. Jackson is fucking useless in center and Eaton doesn't profile as a right fielder. They desperately need a big bat in right and Jackson on the bench or the scrap heap. The offense instantly gets better with plus bats in CF and RF.

Nope. Still don't. He's riding a wave of being persona non grata this off season but that will wear off soon and he'll go back to being the average low impact player he's alway been.
