Sox have really hit Dickey well over the last few starts.

Especially, Abreu

So Abreu is officially the worst hitter on the team now right? Whatever. Just keep winning.

Sale should be out of this game. I know the bullpen has been busy, but even the lower tiered guys should be able to protect a 6 run lead and cover 6 outs.

I think Lester had a game with the same numbers this year. He's been fucking trash.

That they have by far the best lineup in baseball?

The Jays are exactly at the same point now (in terms of record and games back in the East) as they were last year at this time. Sox are getting lucky catching them at the right time and the stars aligning for an easy Dickey vs. Sale matchup.

Their top guys destroy lefty pitchers. Until last night at least.

And to think his outs were on a diving catch on line drive in center(?) and a really nice play by the Jays' 3B.

Yea, huge lineup but it seems like they've been developing pitching for a long time. I keep thinking they will put it all together one year. They havent really so far.

And Tulo is not what he once was. Not sure what he is.

They took the eventual world champs to 7 games in the ALCS... what the hell are you talking about they haven't put it together? They scored 891 runs last year!!!

No they didnt.

And they are 10-12. Turn off your reflexive need to argue everything for one minute and read what Im writing.

Yes, they score a ton. But they won 93 and lost in the playoffs because of pitching. And they're off to a rocky start this year. Im waiting for them to dominate.

And if you're saying losing The LCS is some sort of badge of honor, well...

Yea, the Jays are back to being mediocre. They went on a nice run with Price but its over. They're the Rockies of the American League.

They are similar to the Cubs in my opinion. Great lineup but they are short at least one starting pitcher to make a run at a World Series.

Couldn't disagree more. Their pitching is really bad. Last year was more of a fluke than anything. This is just who the Jays are.

Estrada, Sanchez and Stroman are solid. That is good enough with their offense to go to playoffs. One pitcher away.

The RA Dickey thing just fucking killed them. Can you imagine that fucking pussy (who's really good) Syndergaard with that squad?

There's a difference between losing in 6 games against the eventual champ, and getting historically destroyed by a team that couldn't hold the Royals' jock in the WS.

The Jays are probably better than the White Sox despite the results of the past two days. Maybe playing the AL East will bite them and they falter, but I doubt that. The Sox have been killing bullpen pitchers all year and that just happens to be a major weakness of Toronto's at the moment.
