Which QB will the Bears pick? Cook? Hackenberg, Kevin Hogan? I'd grab Hogan in the 5th or 6th.

I want Ragland here but no way he makes it through the next 4 picks for the Bears.

Hackenburg reminds me of Jake locker, I never thought Locker should have been even considered for the NFL and Hackenburg either... I'd take a flyer on hogan though..I'm not a believer in Cook.

You don't trade up to take a developmental, occasionally on the field player .

You don't trade down when you are guaranteed a potential 1st rounder who has slipped.
