America has enlightned us over and over about how weak the NL is and the strenght of the AL this year and how even the Twins would beat up on the weak sisters n the NL.

JORR has been also telling us the AL is far better than the NL based on interleague play.

That said

America please explain how the bottom feeding Phillies , made up of no names and has beens swept the AL Central contending Indians last week.

JORR care to give us an update after one month about the AL domination in 2016?

I'll wait for both of you to enlighten us with more of your clear eyed thoughts and overall baseball acumen.

I hardly think a single three game series is evidence of anything. If you really believe the NL, with 6 teams admittedly not trying, is better than the AL, I don't know what to tell you.

Cleveland is in sole possession of 4th place in the AL central.

It's not really some controversial stance to think the AL is the superior circuit right now. They were 34 games over against the NL last season. It would be quite a swing for the NL to improve enough to actually post a winning record.

Teams like the Phillies are likely to wind up with losing records though they have started out stronger than expected, as is the case with the White Sox.
