North was on WGN Morning news this morning, probably around 8:30'ish. It was pretty stupid. He was singing one of his songs, clapping to it, and even some of the morning anchors were singing to it. He got the full plug, his stupid CD, his website, and when his show is on in the mornings. All in all, it was pretty stupid, and makes me think, "the lucky bastard did it again."

I think Channel 5 should look into this and see this as breach of contract, lol.

Did they introduce him as NBC part-time sports hack? If that’s the case, then it’s considered promotional and wouldn’t be frowned upon at all.

Plugging an outside project, and blowing off his radio show, which should be his ONLY priority. Who else could get away with this shit? Now here is something I was wondering...

Did North only blow off like an hour of his show, or did he miss the entire 670 show yesterday?

He rolled into the studio about 9:40. I don't know if he came in, left, and came back or not. I only heard the last hour. But the way he bitched about traffic, and with my general knowledge of North, my bet is he blew off all but the last 20 minutes. There's a guy who's got his priorities straight.
