He will improve and hit .260 or so, but to expect the .293 he hit last year would be foolish. He was in a contract year. Expect more like his .266 career average and 12-14 HR with perhaps 60-75 RBI.

Didn't it look like Espinoza moved his foot forward, to get hit by that pitch? He is supposed to make an attempt to get out of the way of the pitch.

I like Strop, and always have maintained that he is a guy I would depend on. More even than Rondon. If he gives up hits, they are usually on ground balls. Lots of weak contact on balls in play VS Strop.
