Well so far this road trip has been beyond awful. You can't lose 2 of 3 to the Brewers, especially when your manager says the hitters will love no wind in their face, and then they don't hit shit. Then you go to SF and face 2 of the worse pitchers in the league, and lose to one of them rather easily, and are getting shut out tonight. This lineup has been shit for a couple weeks now. They quit taking their walks. Rizzo is in a slump again, at least his 2nd already this season.

Well it was a 1-0 game, but it's a bad loss. You can't have the pitcher drive in the only run. Lots of bad at bats going on lately. Rizzo, Russell, Heyward, and Soler to name a few. Russell has quit taking walks again, and is missing everything. They need at least 2 of 3 in St. Louis. Anything less, and this road trip would of been a disaster.

Pitchers did all the damage last two nights. Lester is looking shaky. Hendricks pitched well tonight. Should have had a 3-4 run first but they let Bgard off the hook.

It really does make it better. Love watching the Cubs play like shit.

Sox also won today against the defending champs.

True, they managed to salvage one game, still have sucked it up lately.
