They are struggling, haven't looked good the last two weeks.

Cubs came out with terrific pitching and decent hitting but great run scoring...Now the league has seen the tape and made adjustments. It's the Cubs' turn to adjust and keep rolling. Should be just fine.

Bump Hendricks to the pen and get another 1 or 2 starter in there, Cahill can go bye bye.. If they lose this series to ST Louis ..its time to make some moves.

The hell?! Hendricks has been the Cubs 3rd best pitcher behind Arrieta and Lackey.

And Lester and Hammel.

But still....Hendricks has been good...with metrics that show he might be even better.

Should be:

Fowler
Zobrist
Rizzo
Bryant
Heyward
Soler
Russell
Ross (against Wacha? How hurt / old is Montero?)
Hammel

Yeah... I'm the guy who told you..

Wood was a 5th starter @ best

Campana ain't a major leaguer

Brett Jackson blows and is a 4a guy
Junior Lake was a bum and he was done as a cub under maddon after his bat flip n slow trot.

Lester sign was mistake

Javier Baez blows

Huh..

Jake
Hammell
Lackey
Lester

Hendricks...you don't want this guy pitching in big games..Lester and Lackey are good #3's ...we need a #2 and bump Hendricks to BP.

No one ever said Travis Wood was an ace.
No one ever said Tony Campana was a major leaguer.
I'm the only one that thought Brett Jackson would be a good player. My one recent mistake. And I guess you're admitting you were wrong anyway considering Brett Jackson has been out of baseball for a year.
I was the biggest critic of Junior Lake. Ask Kirkwood.
Jon Lester is a top of the rotation starter, and has been really good in 2016 after being pretty good in 2015.
Javier Baez is 23 and already has a playoff series clinching home run on his resume. He has been a fantastic utility player so far in 2016. It is convenient that you're doubling down when Baez is 2 for his last 19, but I notice you're a little more hushed when he was hitting the ball all over. Baez will land between where he is now and where he was. .750 OPS or so.

edit: How the hell do you see Hendricks as a good bullpen arm? Describe how you think his style and repertoire would work in a relief setting?

Let the frustration go.

It's a new era in Cubdom. We're a good, solid team and should be for the foreseeable future.
