I will offer Frank 5-1 odds that the Chicago White Sox will not be in first place in the their divsion at the end of June.

2$ max limit wager, wins him $10 or pays me $2. Thus any other team is in first place I win 2$. If the Sox remain in first place he wins $2.

That's a suckers bet. The Sox will be out of first place before they return home from the road trip they begin tonight. They could very well be in 3rd place by then and NO, they will not have a winning record in June. Other than the Twinkies at the end of the month and the Tigers, they will have their hands full in June.
