Maddon on the score this morning made every excuse possible in one sentence. Heyward is still injured, is just starting to heat up as the weather gets warmer, is probably pushing a little and just needs to tweak a few things like hitting to the opposite field. Just one of those games where the offense is fucking confused at the plate. Hope the third time has some success because I'm pretty sure Soler, Russell and Montero aren't getting a hit here.

He has been quirky bad last couple games. I thought the same thing.

He's like the reverse Ross this year. He's been worse offensively and defensively, while Ross has improved in both areas. Contreras should be up later in the season, to audition for the main role next year. Montero seems like he's a bit heavier this year to me too.
