That's a valid point. Certainly not great... more like popular.

Vinny Barbarino, Tony Manero and Vincent Vega.

His overall resume might point to absolute suckage, but those three roles are and always will be legendary.

Norton was memorable in Birdman

Depp was great in Black Mass

DeNiro helped carry that Intern movie, and before that he was good in Silver Linings Playbook

Cusack def has fallen off

I will always give Nic Cage a pass for the most under appreciated acting I've ever seen in Bad Lieutenant: Port Call of New Orleans

I’ve always wondered what happened with Michael Keaton. The guy is great in everything he’s in, but there was a point where he just stopped showing up in movies. Shame.

He def has been in a resurgence lately. Birdman and Spotlight were phenomenal performances.

He's in an Oscar bait film coming out later this year starring as the guy who created McDonald's.

That was something. I still don't know how I feel about it. Like I said though, it was something.

And Keitel is still the Bad Lt. to me. Just hope and pray he doesn't pull you over.

Watch it again. You'll appreciate it more. The way Herzog frames each scene, and the subtle atmospheric shots are something to be noticed.

THIS.

He's always been very popular and been handed great characters on a silver platter....as an actor he's as bad as it gets. Same with Tom Cruise.

I know Cruise is a weird (and potentially bad) guy, but he's talented. Underrated even. Dude can act.

The Outsiders
Risky Business
Rain Main
Color of Money
Jack Reacher
Edge of Tomorrow

Hell, he even pulled off Lestat in Interview With A Vampire.

I've seen it multiple times and I do enjoy it. And I'll give Cage props on the mannerisms and ticks he employed throughout the flick.

It's similar to a Terrence Malick or Nicholas Winding Refn film, in that it's not for everybody.

Exactly. Perfect comparison. Even tho he's stuck to mainly docs, Herzog has to be in the GOAT convo.

I don't think so. He's exactly what he should be. I was disappointed in this last show but some of that was the rest of the cast. I didn't like it though, I can't really recall why. I heard he was good in Boston Legal, Rescue me, and The Good Wife. I liked Spin City a lot.

Everyone was good in Rescue Me

So true. Even ODawg was great on that show.

The Saint was terrible indeed but he didn't get awful. He had a lot of good performances. Ok maybe that one with 50 Cent was terrible. Him as Elvis in True Romance though was classic.

Yeah, they really were. That show was vastly underrated in my opinion.

He wasn't a great actor, but Cuba Gooding, Jr. He spiraled into a vortex of crap like none other. Snow Dogs... dear Jebus.
