I need another binge watch show to fill in during the summer lack of programming... looks kinda funny from some of the previews... any thoughts?

Being a huge fan of Airplane! and to a lesser degree the Hot Shots movies, Angie Tribeca is not even in the same stratosphere.

Angie Tribeca wanted to be Police Squad!, but it was just plain bad. I enjoy dumb, slapsticky, Z.A.Z. humor, but AT didn't do it well at all...sucks because I also love Rashida Jones, and wanted the show to be good..

I hated that they made a season 2. Similar to Homeland, just make one awesome season and end it. And then I started watching season 2...I'm hooked!

I gave Angie Tribeca about half of an episode to rouse a humorous spirit inside of me. Jere Burns and Alfred Molina were amusing but I was not impressed by Rashida Jones or the douchecanoe playing the male lead.
