A board run by bigfan, in 2016, can never have those focuses. Walking on eggshells sucks.

As of late this morning, I could only access via my phone when on Verizon 4G. My home PC, work PC and when my phone is on Wifi could not connect.

No matter. Everyone seems to have been told how to find this place.

Odd... I can access on explorer but on firefox all I can do is see my control panel. And it looks like a usegroup from like the 90's.
No new posts over about 2 hours. I assume now the traffic is down and average time is way down as MANY have been notified.

As I said this morning, I have always valued my relationship with bigfan. In my experience he has always been a good guy. But in this situation he is just 100% wrong. It's not a dispute where one side sees things one way and the other sees it a different way and there are gray areas. He's just wrong.

It seems to me that he had second thoughts about turning the site over to others and those thoughts intensified as we made minor changes and in particular allowed certain people to post again. He could have simply said, "Look guys, I've changed my mind. This is my baby and my emotional attachment to CSFMB is greater than I thought." There would have been no problem. Instead, he did what he did. It showed a total disregard for anyone who ever used the site, including jimmypasta and Score is Doomed. Whether they believe that or not.

I absolutely hate that this has gone down the way it has.

Yeah, this whole thing sucks a lot. It sucked when Keeping Score and Terry's Peeps ran off to start their stupid little board and bigfan nuking his site in a fit of pique sucks too. A forum for Chicago sports/radio/sports-radio talk is quite a niche and it can't take all these little schisms.
