Wait until you come back; if she is a decent person, let her enjoy New York. Just don't give her any mixed signals that you intend for the relationship to become more serious. Wait a few days until after the trip so the relationship ends on somewhat of a positive note.

Sounds like you both are getting something out of this. Let her enjoy the NY and enjoy it with her.

I do agree that this place is a great resource for dealing with young poon (or any poon for that matter).

You're overthinking this.
Go on the trip, have fun, figure it how to dump her when you get back.

In the meantime, don't make any big, extravagant plans with her after the NY trip.

Might I suggest that a man matching this description should perhaps refrain from breaking up with just about any woman cwho is charitable enough to date him?

*No offense intended regarding your looks: I myself am a hideous specimen whose repugnance has only been magnified by my recent unfortunate encounter with a chainsaw.

TM, this is the second reference to a chainsaw accident. Is this legit or did I miss a board meme in my absence?

Glad to see that you're posting again, Hank!

Unfortunately, the chainsaw references aren't a meme. A relative almost killed me with one a couple months back, and I had to be rushed to the hospital for 7+ hours of emergency surgery. I'm still recovering and will never be the same, even when I've completed my physical therapy--probably in about a year or so.

What the fuck did you do to this guy to get him to try killing you with a chainsaw?

Thanks Hank. We're close with the person who did it, so we see him pretty frequently.

Us Hillary men wouldn't do something like that to a fellow traveler & BBQ master.

Thanks Nas. I got cut on both arms and one leg. I had/have major arterial, nerve, and tendon damage. I am in my 40s and still considered relatively "young" in my field.

I'm not sure how tough I am--all I did was bleed a lot. We'll see how I get through the physical therapy. That's going to be the hard part.
