Agreed! If you've ever tried to remove someone from a property (unless it was in Indiana) you know that the process isn't quick. Anyone saying that is trying to take your money.

this could work.

offer her $1500 cash + tell her you'll take care of getting a moving truck and movers to move her stuff wherever she wants it moved to. possible she'd throw it in storage and go stay with family or friends for a while, once you offered her the cash.

under this plan, you get her out this weekend, next weekend at the latest, and you're out $2000-$2500 tops.

Plus you can get back to generating rental revenue from another tenant more quickly.


Compare that to paying a lawyer and having her occupy your income generating asset for several more months.

They've been told June 30. I plan on simply showing up with a locksmith, a crew of people, and moving shit to the curb.
