OJ was marketed as the safe black athlete for White America to embrace.

That was definitely the contrast.

I thought it was telling about his father. I'd never heard that before, but now that I have(& from his best friend in detail), it explains a lot. Talking about the start of his relationship with Nicole Brown was almost as bad.

I originally thought this series was a waste, but now I'm not so sure.

I was watching in real time when that Bababooey moment happened. Forget what network it was, thinking NBC? It was some big name guy who had to apologize for the Stern fan successfully trolling them.

I think it was ABC, because it was Peter Jennings who got fooled, and Al Michaels jumped on the line to let him know it was a prank call.

The guy who made the call was pissed because the network switched from the Knicks/Rockets finals game to show the OJ chase.

Going to their Season 4 watch/premiere party at some sports bar in NYC Friday night. If anyone here is around NYC, it's only $100 per head for 3 hours of open bar. And there will be actual prison bitches there. At least I'm hoping.

Lots of cool stuff. John Rauch was a huge tool. He coached the Raiders. Not sure if the Bills stole him or he was fired. Madden became Raiders coach then. Lou Saban did save OJs career.

I saw OJ as a kid. He was the fastest guy in the NFL and was deceptively strong as well. A true threat to go the distance every time he touched the ball.

Which is fine. But don't trick people by calling it a Doc on O.J.
