Yeah it did just now. I angled the shower head to hit the drain directly. Also covered the back wall with a towel. Got a spot again.

Not sure how yours is set up but it could be a bad seal between the drain cover and drain pipe. If you google it you'll see it's a pretty easy fix.

Thats pretty weird. What is below the first floor? Is it sitting on a concrete slab or something? Thats about the only way I can see you getting water where you are getting it.

Don't use the shower head..useca 5gallon bucket into drain and see if it happens.
